With the ongoing situation regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, we want to take this opportunity to update you on what accommodations Helms Bros. has put in place effective immediately. The safety of our staff and clients has been and will continue to be our primary concern and to ensure safety during this challenging time:

  • We are open our normal business hours and fully staffed to continue to accommodate all your automotive needs.
  • We are implementing a deep cleaning with approved of antibacterial products on all touchpoints several times a day, with an emphasis on doorknobs, light switches, keys, tables, keyboards, etc.
  • All vehicles, loaners, client vehicles as well as our entire inventory are being cleaned daily with emphasis on the vehicle touchpoints, including steering wheels, handles, gear shifts, radio controls, seat controls, etc.
  • Our service technicians and valets are supplied with gloves to use during all driving and repairing applications when possible.
  • For your safety and convenience, there is no need to leave your home! We will bring ANY vehicle to you for a test drive, presentation, as well as delivery! Simply browse www.helmsbros.com and call us and we can arrange everything (718-631-8181).
  • For service, we have a simple drop-off option that does not require you to enter the facility. Simply write a description of the required service, drop the key in an envelope and put it in the box. A Service representative will call you to review the details of your required service and arrange a loaner if required.
  • We are offering an at home pick-up and delivery service on an appointment basis.
