⭐☆☆☆☆ I was in the market for a new Mercedes-Benz lease and found a salesperson who goes by **"Mikey Mercedes"** through his Instagram page. After calling him on Friday and receiving no response, I followed his instructions and sent a text with the vehicle I was interested in. He replied that he would call me back on Sunday, but he never did. By Monday, after still not hearing from him, I called again and sent a follow-up text asking if he intended to return my call. His response was that he was busy with "back-to-back calls." I told him that was fine and that I would simply lease a Mercedes elsewhere. He then called me, and I calmly explained that I was disappointed with the lack of communication and felt the customer service had been unprofessional. As I ended the call, he told me, **"Go xxxx yourself."** I immediately called back to make sure I had heard him correctly. He confirmed it and repeated the same phrase multiple times. He then challenged me by saying, **"If you want to find me, come find me,"** while repeatedly giving me the dealership's address. I have never experienced anything like this from someone representing a luxury automotive brand. Regardless of whether someone ultimately makes a purchase, no prospective customer should be spoken to in this manner or challenged to come to a dealership. I contacted the sales manager immediately after the incident. He was apologetic and listened to my concerns, which I appreciated. However, this type of behavior is completely unacceptable and falls far below the level of professionalism I would expect from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. I hope dealership management and Mercedes-Benz USA take this incident seriously so no other customer has a similar experience.

I just purchased a GLC 43 from Helms Bros and had a great experience working with Mikey. He was straightforward, honest, and got me a very good deal — no games, no back and forth for hours like other dealerships. He answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. If you’re looking for a Mercedes, ask for Mikey. Highly recommend!

If I could give Andrea 10 stars, I would. Eight years ago, Andrea took a chance on a 19-year-old kid who wanted to buy his Dad a Certified Pre-Owned 2015 S-Class. Every other dealership I visited didn't take me seriously because of my age. Andrea was different. She treated me with the exact same level of professionalism, respect, and attention that she would have given someone buying a brand-new flagship Mercedes. She showed me the car, answered every question, and never once made me feel like I didn't belong there. That experience changed everything. I remember telling her that day that every Mercedes I ever bought would be through her. Eight years later, I've kept that promise, and she's more than earned it. Since that first S550 Ive purchased two S560s, two S580s, several E-Class, a GLS, and I'm now ordering my 2027 S580—all through Andrea. There are five Mercedes dealerships closer to my home than Helms Bros., but distance has never mattered. Loyalty is earned, and Andrea earned mine from day one. I honestly don't know how Andrea hasn't become the General Manager yet. She embodies everything a luxury dealership should stand for. She creates lifelong customers, represents the Mercedes-Benz brand with class and professionalism, and consistently goes above and beyond. If every salesperson treated customers the way she does, every dealership would have customers for life. If you're considering buying a Mercedes, do yourself a favor and ask for Andrea. You won't just be buying a car, you'll be working with someone who truly cares about her customers. Thank you, Andrea, for everything over the last eight years.
